The Master's Trestle Board
The Craft's Trestle Board
WB Roy Myers conducted another wonderful 2nd Degree on the 8th. The candidates,
Brothers Howell and Brittingham didn't miss a line. HaHaHa Dale and Jimmie did great
on the Lecture and Charge. Thanks again Brother Roy.
Myself, Jimmie, Dale and Doug went to Kinston on Tuesday and say the Grand
Master. There was a good turn out and the Grand Master spoke strongly about
changes and how they are going to come whether we like it or not, so we should be
strong but flexible in our resolve and recognize it. A history of Cherry Point Lodge was
read this evening as compiled by Past Master Coleman and signed off by his son who
was master at the time of its compilation. The document has been turned over to WB
B. Chelf for added comentary and extra information. This along with some words from
WB Lee K. Allen will be added to the Web site on the Our Lodge page as soon as
they are completed.
Fraternally Yours,
Russell M. Rainear

Sick and Distressed:
Please keep the following
people and their families in your
prayers.
WB James Muse Sr. had a slight
accident with a power saw on the 9th.
He is reportedly doing well enough that
he went to work , but I will try to get an
update in the morning.
Brother Bud Conley has been seen
recently by Brother Dick Gray who said
he was in good spirits but did appear a
little tired.
I saw Brother Bud just yesterday and
he looked well, had less hair, but he
was and remains in good spirits.
Brothers, keep up the prayers Brother
Buds positive outlook is an inspiration.

OK.
Please e-mail me if there is anyone
you want added to this list, I do my best
but can't always remember all who are
